The areas selected for your initial cleaning will be the same areas included in your recurring maintenance service. 

 Best for average-size homes in generally maintained condition needing a comprehensive first cleaning before recurring maintenance. Covers the whole home up to 2,900 sq. ft. Service is based on the home's size, condition and cleaning needs. Flat-rate service — not an hourly cleaning.
